Swimming is fun at Aquatic Achievers and our innovative 14 level Solo-1 teaching program, guarantees results in our modern indoor heated facilities.

Solo-1 Certificates are awarded to children as they graduate through the 14 swim levels. Throughout the year Safety Weeks are held where students participate, in a class fully clothed, a situation which may arise in every day life.

WINTER SWIMMING
For many parents the fundamental reason to enroll their children into swimming lessons is out of a concern for their child’s water safety.  The skills and behaviours that your child learns in their lessons need constant reinforcement throughout the year. 
The risk of drowning doesn’t go away as the temperature outside drops, so neither should the lessons. 
It is vital to continue lessons all year round to build upon and reinforce existing skills.  Deferring for even a two-month period can often result in a loss of these skills.  Even though you may not be able to see significant improvements and progress on a week to week basis, by swimming though the winter months your child at the very least is maintaining their current ability and has the opportunity to extend there existing skills further and even move up to the next level before the summer months arrive. 
We would reinforce that you to bring warm clothes and even a beanie/hat to change your child into after lessons.
Ensure you dry their hair before leaving the swim centre.
